Thalamus releases local portal
On the 1st of September 2001, Thalamus Networks will release real estate
company Ängelholmshem’s local broadband portal.
Via the portal, Ängelholmshem will be able to quickly reach out with
information to the tenants, who will also get access to webmail, links,
message boards and more.
Thalamus offers real estate companies to participate in producing the
portal, in order to strengthen the local feeling.
”The Internet is fantastic when you’re looking for global information.
In the long run however, the things that go on in your own neighborhood
and block is often more important”, says Thomas Rebermark, Marketing
Manager of Thalamus Networks. ”The portal will develop continually, and
will offer a lot of both fun and useful services.”
Ängelholmshem offered broadband Internet for their tenants as early as
in 1996. The broadband portal is a new step.
”It is very important for us to provide quality service for our
tenants”, says Eva Berghenstråhle, Marketing Manager of Ängelholmshem.
”The portal is a very good compliment, especially considering the
broadband services that will be offered in the future.”
