En l\u00e5ngsiktig och allt mer digitaliserad underh\u00e5llsplan inneb\u00e4r allt fr\u00e5n milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssiga f\u00f6rdelar till b\u00e4ttre kostnadskontroll och synergier i breda \u00e5tg\u00e4rder.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">M\u00e5nga fastighetsbolag arbetar med underh\u00e5llsplaner som bara str\u00e4cker sig n\u00e5gra \u00e5r fram\u00e5t i tiden. Hifab har i samverkan med sina uppdragsgivare utvecklat en metodik f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra l\u00e5ngsiktiga och digitala planer, som \u00e4r anpassade efter kundens befintliga system och program. Hifab har nu i uppdrag att ta fram underh\u00e5llsplaner f\u00f6r strax under 400 000 kvadratmeter f\u00f6r olika kunder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013 Planerna str\u00e4cker sig cirka 30-50 \u00e5r fram\u00e5t i tiden med fokus p\u00e5 l\u00e5ngsiktighet och h\u00f6g j\u00e4mf\u00f6rbarhet mellan fastigheterna. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt skapar vi m\u00f6jligheter till b\u00e5de synergier och en god helhetsbild. Utan en l\u00e5ngsiktig underh\u00e5llsplan \u00e4r risken st\u00f6rre att man bygger upp en underh\u00e5llsskuld som i slut\u00e4ndan kostar mer att \u00e5tg\u00e4rda \u00e4n om man hade jobbat proaktivt, s\u00e4ger Mia Wahlgren, som tillsammans med Emilia Sandstr\u00f6m varit med och utvecklat tj\u00e4nsten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Intresset hos fastighetsbolag att arbeta proaktivt blir st\u00f6rre. \u00d6kade krav p\u00e5 h\u00e5llbarhet och m\u00f6jligheten att g\u00f6ra besparingar \u00f6ver tid driver p\u00e5 utvecklingen.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013 Historiskt har m\u00e5nga velat bygga nytt. Men m\u00e5nga ser nu till v\u00e4rldsl\u00e4get och milj\u00f6n och prioriterar att g\u00f6ra det som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att deras befintliga fastigheter ska vara h\u00e5llbara \u00f6ver tid. I en l\u00e5gkonjunktur \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 fler som ser \u00f6ver best\u00e5ndet i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att bygga nytt, s\u00e4ger Mia Wahlgren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Den f\u00e4rdiga produkten \u00e4r en underh\u00e5llsplan som f\u00f6renklar arbetet inom teknik och f\u00f6rvaltning, d\u00e5 det blir tydligt vad som beh\u00f6ver g\u00f6ras i hela portf\u00f6ljen \u00e5r f\u00f6r \u00e5r. Med ett bra digitalt st\u00f6d f\u00e5r vi \u00e4ven en b\u00e4ttre helhetssyn f\u00f6r ledning och \u00e4gare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Hifabs uppdrag kopplade till underh\u00e5llsplaner innefattar ofta olika komplexa utmaningar kopplade till bygg\u00e5ret eller den verksamhet som sker i lokalerna. Hifab hj\u00e4lper ocks\u00e5 till med strategi och r\u00e5dgivning n\u00e4r behov finns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013\u202fV\u00e5r styrka \u00e4r att vi \u00e4r vana vid att arbeta med stora kvadratmeter och byggnader som \u00e4r komplexa. Vi jobbar exempelvis b\u00e5de med byggnader fr\u00e5n 1800-talet och byggnader som \u00e4r byggda i nutid.
