Our organization is based on the main principles of creating closeness to our customers and providing the best conditions for our employees’ development. We believe that success is based on a combination of the company’s overall experience and local market knowledge. Operations are therefore conducted decentralized, with joint processes and systems.
We have 12 offices all over Sweden, organized in three market areas. We here also two international offices; in Bangladesh and Finland. Everyone has access to Group-wide functions such as finance, HR, quality / environment and communication. The overall organization is also strengthened by market and competence networks.
