Our Code of Conduct serves as a guide for all employees and is used as a tool in our everyday lives – both in assignment-related and internal projects. The Code of Conduct clarifies the principles that support us in the role of employer and in the role of employees, in relation to other employees, customers and partners. The Code of Conduct is based on the Global Compact, where Hifab has been a signing member since 2016, and it includes principles on the environment, working conditions, human rights and anti-corruption. Our Code of Conduct also contains our anti-corruption policy.
